Check your device
Check if the microphone, speakers, or headphones are plugged in and not muted. Unplug the device, then plug it back in. If it’s a bluetooth device, ensure that it is turned on and connected properly. Make sure that you are using a supported USB device for Zoom.
Why Zoom Cannot use Bluetooth headphones?
Check the Zoom app settings. Zoom can output to any available audio device. In Zoom -> Settings -> Audio there is an option for the Speaker. If this is set to ‘Same as System’ then it should switch to your BlueTooth headphones if that’s where your OS is set to.
