How do I increase the bass on my Kenwood?
Exit the Audio control mode.
Press and hold the button. You can set Bass, Middle, and Treble levels for each source.
What is speaker bass extension?
bass extension refers to the lowest frequency a subwoofer can produce below it’s tuning point without significant distortion/compression. A sub may provide a flat response down to 25hz lets say, but can extend down to 20hz without giving up a significant amount of output or distortion.
What should bass mid and treble be set at?
Bass frequencies are generally between 60 to 120 hertz, mids between 400 to 2,500 hertz, and treble between 8,000 to 15,000 hertz. EQs with more bands offer a finer division of frequency groups (i.e. 13 instead of 3 divisions of frequency). This provides greater control over your stereo’s sound.
